The 735P105X9100L is a metallized polypropylene film capacitor from Cornell Dubilier Electronics, part of the Type 735P series. It offers a capacitance of 1 µF with ±10% tolerance and a DC rated voltage of 100 V. The capacitor features a low equivalent series resistance (ESR) of 15 mΩ typical at 20 kHz to 100 kHz, making it suitable for high-frequency and switching applications.
Designed for demanding power applications, this capacitor provides excellent AC performance, low power dissipation, and high ripple current capability up to 9.2 A at 25°C. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 105°C and has a dissipation factor of 0.1% maximum at 1000 Hz. The insulation resistance is at least 200,000 MΩ/µF after a 2-minute charge at 100 VDC.
The capacitor is packaged in an axial through-hole case with wire leads (20 AWG, 0.032" diameter). It is RoHS compliant (directive 2002/95/EC). This component is ideal for high-frequency switching, snubber, and resonant circuit designs where low ESR and high ripple current are required.
