The Bourns 70ADJ-6-ML1 is a 6-position compression contact male connector from the 70AD series, featuring a single row with 4.00mm pitch. Designed for surface mount (SMD) assembly, this connector utilizes a glass reinforced thermoplastic insulator rated UL 94V-0 and copper alloy contacts with gold over nickel plating. The contact area has 30 µin minimum gold over 30 µin minimum nickel underplating, and the termination finish is tin alloy.
Electrical specifications include a current rating of 3 A per contact (DC), voltage rating of 30 VDC, maximum contact resistance of 25 mΩ (50 mΩ after 50,000 cycles), insulation resistance of 500 MΩ minimum, and dielectric withstanding voltage of 500 VAC. The connector is rated for 50,000 cycles minimum durability with a normal force of 100 grams minimum at 0.51 mm working height. It meets vibration (10-55 Hz, 0.06 inches D.A.) and shock (50 G, 11 ms) requirements.
Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. The part is RoHS compliant, lead free, and halogen free, with MSL 1 (unlimited). ESD rating (HBM) is 3B.
