The Bourns 70ADJ-4-ML1 is a spring loaded male connector from the 70AD series, designed for reliable board-to-board connections in compact electronic assemblies. It features 4 contacts arranged in a single row with a 4mm pitch, enabling space-efficient designs. The connector uses a compression contact interface with gold plated contacts (30µin Au over nickel underplating) for low contact resistance and high corrosion resistance.
Electrical ratings include 3A per contact current capacity and 30VDC voltage rating, with a maximum contact resistance of 25mΩ initially and 50mΩ after 50,000 cycles. The insulator is glass reinforced thermoplastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating, and the termination finish is tin alloy. Mechanical durability is rated at 50,000 cycles minimum, with a minimum normal force of 100 grams at 0.51mm working height.
