The Bourns 70ADJ-3-ML1G is a 3-position spring loaded male connector from the 70AD series, designed for rugged and reliable board-to-board connections. It features a 4mm pitch and a low profile, making it suitable for space-constrained applications.
Electrical specifications include a current rating of 3A per contact at 30VDC, with a maximum initial contact resistance of 25mΩ. The connector is rated for 50,000 cycles minimum, with contact resistance after 50,000 cycles not exceeding 50mΩ. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
The connector is surface mount (SMD) with tin alloy terminations. The insulator is glass reinforced thermoplastic with a UL94V-0 rating.
