The 70ADH-5-ML0 is a 5-position male compression contact connector from Bourns. It features a single row of contacts with a 4mm pitch and gold-plated copper alloy contacts with 30µin gold over nickel. The insulator is made of glass-reinforced thermoplastic rated UL 94V-0. Termination finish is tin alloy.
Electrical ratings include a current rating of 3A per contact and a voltage rating of 30VDC. Maximum initial contact resistance is 25mΩ and minimum insulation resistance is 500MΩ. The connector can withstand a dielectric voltage of 500VAC. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
Mechanically this connector is designed for through hole mounting and offers high durability with a minimum of 50,000 mating cycles. It has a vibration resistance of 10-55 Hz and shock resistance of 50 G. Minimum normal force is 100 grams at 0.51mm working height.
