The Bourns 70ABJ-3-F0E is a 3-position female compression contact connector from the 70AB series. It features a 1.27mm (0.050 inch) pitch and is designed for surface mount applications. The connector uses a copper alloy contact with a 30 µinch minimum gold over nickel finish and a glass reinforced thermoplastic insulator rated UL 94V-0.
Electrical ratings include 3A per contact current capacity and 60V voltage rating. Contact resistance is 25 milliohms maximum initial and 50 milliohms maximum after 50,000 cycles. The insulation resistance is 1000 Mohms minimum, and the dielectric withstanding voltage is 500 VAC. The operating temperature range spans -55°C to +125°C.
The connector is supplied in embossed tape packaging with a standard quantity of 500 pieces per reel. It is RoHS compliant, lead free, and halogen free, with a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited floor life). The ESD rating is 3B (HBM). Storage conditions are 40°C maximum and 70% RH maximum.
