The Bourns 70AAJ-4-M0 is a spring loaded male connector from the 70AA series, featuring 4 contacts in a single row with a 2.54mm pitch. It is designed for surface mount technology (SMT) termination, making it suitable for automated pick-and-place assembly. The connector uses gold-plated copper alloy contacts with a minimum gold thickness of 30 microinches over nickel underplating, ensuring reliable electrical performance and corrosion resistance.
Electrical specifications include a current rating of 3A per contact, voltage rating of 60V, initial contact resistance of 25 milliohms maximum, and insulation resistance of 1000 megohms minimum.
