The Bourns 70AAJ-2-M0G is a 2-position male compression contact connector featuring a 2.54mm pitch and height, designed for surface mount applications. It is part of the 70AA series and offers twin hot contacts with a symmetrical pad layout for reliable board-to-board connections.
The contact material is copper alloy with 30µ" min gold over nickel plating, ensuring low contact resistance of 25 mΩ max (initial) and high durability of 50,000 cycles minimum. The connector is rated for 3A per contact and 60V, with dielectric withstanding voltage of 500 VAC and insulation resistance of 1000 MΩ min.
It is suitable for operating temperatures from -55°C to 125°C, and is MSL 1 compliant. The connector is RoHS and halogen free compliant. Packaging options include tube or embossed tape (750 pieces per reel), and it is pick and place compatible for automated assembly.
