The Schurter Inc. Model 7021 Pump is a progressive cavity pump designed for reliable performance in pressure sewer systems. It was first released in 2006 and has seen over 7,500 installations worldwide.
The pump features a durable cast iron housing and a stainless steel impeller. The shaft seal is made of carbon and ceramic, with a Neoprene seal. Bearings are constructed from high carbon chrome steel. The motor housing is also cast iron, and the rotor is AISI 416 stainless steel. The motor is a permanent split capacitor type with auto-reset thermal overload protection and an insulation class of B.
Key design features include a helical impeller, ball bearings, and an oil-filled motor for cooler operation and extended life. The pump has a 1-1/4" NPT discharge size and can be submerged up to 6 meters (20 feet). It is rated IP68 for protection.
