It features a maximum DC reverse voltage of 35V and an average rectified current of 6A. The forward voltage is typically 0.53V at 6A and 125°C, with a maximum of 0.6V at 6A. Reverse leakage current is 0.8mA at 25°C and 7mA at 125°C. The device can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 140A (10ms sine) and 690A (5µs sine).
