Additional features include programmable gain amplifiers, automatic gain control for recording, programmable microphone bias, and a PLL for flexible clock generation. The device is AEC-Q100 qualified (Temperature Grade 2) and operates over -40°C to 105°C. It is available in a 32-VFQFN exposed pad package (5x5 mm) for surface mount assembly.
