The TLV320AIC3104-Q1 is a low-power stereo audio codec designed for automotive infotainment and cluster applications. It integrates a stereo audio DAC with 102-dBA signal-to-noise ratio and a stereo audio ADC with 92-dBA SNR, supporting sample rates from 8 kHz to 96 kHz with 16-, 20-, 24-, or 32-bit resolution.
The device features six audio input pins (one stereo pair single-ended, one stereo pair fully differential) and six audio output drivers (stereo headphone drivers and stereo line outputs). It includes programmable input/output analog gains, automatic gain control (AGC) for recording, and a programmable PLL for flexible clock generation. The audio serial data bus supports I2S, Left/Right Justified, DSP, and TDM modes.
Power supply requirements are: analog 2.7V to 3.6V, digital core 1.525V to 1.95V, and digital I/O 1.1V to 3.6V. Typical power consumption is 14 mW for stereo 48 kHz playback with a 3.3V analog supply. The device is AEC-Q100 qualified (Grade 2, -40°C to 105°C ambient) and comes in a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package (32-VQFN 5x5) for surface mount assembly.
