The 6A6-T is a 6.0A silicon rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for general purpose rectification applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and a maximum average forward rectified current of 6A.
This standard recovery diode offers a low forward voltage drop of 0.9V at 6A and a high surge current capability of 400A (8.3ms half sine wave). Reverse leakage current is 10µA at 25°C and 100µA at 100°C.
