The 6A10 is a standard recovery rectifier diode designed for general purpose power supply applications. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 1000V and an average rectified current of 6A at 60°C. The diode offers a low forward voltage drop of 0.95V at 6A and a maximum reverse leakage current of 10µA at 25°C. With a peak forward surge current rating of 400A, it can handle high inrush currents.
