The Würth Elektronik 691416500007 is a 7-position screwless vertical entry terminal block from the WR-TBL Series 4165. It features a 5.08 mm pitch and push-in spring (leg spring) wire termination for fast, tool-less wiring. The through-hole mounting and vertical mating orientation make it suitable for PCB applications where space is limited.
Electrical ratings include 10 A (cULus) and 16 A (VDE) current capacity, with working voltages of 300 VAC (cULus) and 450 VAC (VDE). Withstanding voltage is 1.6 kVAC (cULus) and 2 kVAC (VDE). Contact resistance is 20 mΩ maximum. The terminal block accepts solid and stranded wire from 16 to 30 AWG (0.05 to 1.31 mm²) with a strip length of 7 mm.
The insulator is gray PA6/66 with UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Contacts are INOX steel, and the wire guard is copper alloy with nickel+tin plating. Operating temperature range is -30°C to +120°C. The component is RoHS compliant and lead-free. Packaging is in box.
