Electrical ratings include a current rating of 20A and a working voltage of 300VAC, with a withstanding voltage of 1.6kV (cULus) and 2.5kV (VDE). Contact resistance is a maximum of 20 mOhm. The header is constructed with a green PA 66 insulator rated UL94 V-0 for flammability, and brass (CuZn) contact pins with tin plating on the solder tails.

 

Designed for wave soldering only, this component is RoHS compliant and lead-free. It is packaged in a box and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The shrouded (2 side) design provides additional protection and alignment for mating connectors.
