The Amphenol ICC 68001-202HLF is a 2-position unshrouded male pin header designed for board-to-board applications. It features a single row of square pins on a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch, making it compatible with standard 0.100" spacing receptacles. The header is through hole mounted and terminated by soldering, providing a reliable mechanical and electrical connection.
Constructed with phosphor bronze contacts plated with gold or gold GXT™ to a thickness of 15.0µin (0.38µm), the connector offers excellent corrosion resistance and low contact resistance. The black thermoplastic insulator is rated UL94 V-0 for flammability, ensuring safe operation in a wide range of environments. The operating temperature range spans -65°C to 125°C, suitable for demanding industrial and automotive applications.
With a push-pull fastening type and unshrouded design, this header is ideal for applications requiring easy mating and unmating. The overall contact length is 0.450" (11.43mm), with a contact length of 0.230" (5.84mm) and an insulation height of 0.100" (2.54mm).
