The TE Connectivity 6469028-1 is a Z-PACK HM-Zd high speed backplane receptacle designed for board-to-board applications. This daughtercard connector provides a total of 60 positions arranged in a 4-row by 10-column layout, comprising 40 signal positions and 20 ground positions for improved signal integrity. The connector features a 2.5 mm column pitch and 1.5 mm row-to-row spacing.
Electrical performance supports operating voltages up to 250 VAC and a maximum data rate of 12 Gb/s per differential pair, with each contact rated at 0.7 A. Contacts are made of copper-nickel-silicon alloy with a 0.76 µm gold plating on the mating area. The housing is gray glass-filled polyester (UL 94V-0 rated) with a phosphor bronze shield.
The connector mounts to the board edge using through-hole press-fit termination at a right angle orientation. It is fully shrouded with polarization keying for correct mating alignment. The operating temperature range spans -65°C to 105°C. Packaging is in tube format.
