The CTS-Frequency Controls 637P10003C3T is a Model 637 ceramic surface mount clock oscillator designed for low jitter differential LVPECL output applications. It operates at a nominal frequency of 100 MHz with a supply voltage of 3.3V and typical supply current of 55 mA (88 mA maximum). The frequency stability is rated at ±50 ppm.
The oscillator incorporates a crystal base resonator and provides an LVPECL output with rise/fall times of 0.3/0.7 ns. It includes an enable/disable function (Output Enable standard) and operates over a commercial temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. A wider temperature range of -40°C to +85°C is also available as an option per the datasheet.
