The 3M 62C64-1100EC is a DIN 41612 Type C receptacle connector with 96 positions (64 loaded) arranged in 3 rows. It features female gold-plated contacts on a 2.54mm pitch and is designed for free hanging (in-line) mounting with IDC termination.
Electrical specifications include a current rating of 1A, insulation resistance greater than 1 × 10⁹ Ω at 500 VDC, and a withstanding voltage of 1000 Vrms at sea level. The operating temperature range spans -55°C to +125°C.
The housing is molded from glass filled polyester (PBT) with a UL 94V-0 flammability rating. Contacts are copper alloy with a 0.76µm gold finish. The connector is RoHS3 compliant and has MSL 1 unlimited moisture sensitivity.
