The TE Connectivity AMPLIVAR 62295-1 is an uninsulated pigtail splice designed for terminating magnet wire. It accommodates wire sizes from 12 to 10 AWG (3.46 to 6 mm², 7000 to 12000 CMA) and can splice up to three wires simultaneously. The open barrel design features a serrated mating area with 7 serrations for secure crimp termination.
Constructed from brass with a tin plating, this splice offers reliable electrical performance and corrosion resistance. It is rated for an operating voltage of 250 V and can withstand temperatures from -65 to 150 °C. The splice has an overall length of 5.72 mm and a crimp width of 6.35 mm.
