The TE Connectivity 61116-5 is a stamped brass pin contact designed for use in Commercial MATE-N-LOK connector systems. It accepts wire gauges from 18 to 24 AWG and features a crimp termination style for secure and reliable connections.
The contact is plated with a minimum of 0.76 µm gold in the mating area and inside the wire barrel, over a 1.27 µm minimum nickel underplate. This finish ensures good conductivity and corrosion resistance. The maximum insulation diameter accepted is 2.54 mm.
