The 60R020XU is a polymeric PTC resettable fuse from Littelfuse's POLY-FUSE 60R series. It provides overcurrent protection for circuits up to 60V DC with a hold current of 200mA at 20°C still air. The device trips at a minimum current of 400mA and can withstand fault currents up to 40A. Typical time to trip is 2.2 seconds at 1A. Initial resistance is 1.83Ω minimum, rising to 4.4Ω maximum after tripping or reflow soldering. Power dissipation in tripped state is 0.41W typical.
The radial leaded package features a disc body 7.4mm in diameter and 3.1mm thick, with a seated height of 11.7mm and lead spacing of 5.1mm. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. The device is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, with UL 94V-0 flame retardant epoxy coating. Suitable for applications such as USB hubs, IEEE 1394 ports, motor protection, and industrial controls where resettable overcurrent protection is required.
