The 60HQ100 from Vishay Dale is a Schottky rectifier diode designed for high efficiency and ruggedness. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and an average forward current of 60A. The forward voltage drop is only 0.89V maximum at 60A and 25°C, with a typical value of 0.70V at 125°C, contributing to low conduction losses. The reverse leakage current is rated at 1.5mA maximum at 25°C and 20mA maximum at 125°C, achieved through proprietary barrier technology optimized for high temperature operation up to 175°C junction temperature.
This diode is capable of handling high surge currents, with a non-repetitive peak surge current of 8400A at 5µs sine wave.
