The 600S8R2CT250XT is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from American Technical Ceramics, part of the 600S series designed for RF and microwave applications. It offers a capacitance of 8.2 pF with a tolerance of ±0.25 pF and a rated working voltage of 250 V DC. The dielectric is C0G/NP0, providing a temperature coefficient of 0 ± 30 ppm/°C over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
