The 600L3R3BT200T is a 3.3 pF surface mount MLCC capacitor rated for 200V DC. It features C0G/NP0 temperature coefficient with 0 ± 30 ppm/°C stability over -55°C to +125°C operating range. This capacitor offers high Q (greater than 2000 at 1 MHz) and ultra low ESR, making it suitable for RF and microwave applications.
Designed for bypass, decoupling, and high frequency circuits, the 600L series provides high self-resonance and low loss. The 0402 (1005 metric) package measures 1.02mm x 0.51mm x 0.60mm. Termination is tin plated over nickel barrier, RoHS compliant.
