The 600L3R0BT200T is a high-performance RF/microwave multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from the Kyocera AVX 600L series. It features a nominal capacitance of 3 pF with a tight tolerance of ±0.1 pF and a rated DC voltage of 200V. The capacitor utilizes C0G/NP0 dielectric, providing a stable temperature coefficient of 0 ±30 ppm/°C and an operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C.
