The Kyocera AVX 600L series is a line of ultra-low ESR RF/microwave multilayer ceramic capacitors. The 600L2R7BT200T offers a capacitance of 2.7 pF with a tight tolerance of ±0.1 pF, rated at 200V DC. It features a C0G/NP0 temperature coefficient with 0 ±30 ppm/°C stability over -55°C to +125°C.
Designed for high frequency applications, this capacitor provides a high Q factor greater than 2000 at 1 MHz and ultra-low ESR. The insulation resistance is 105 MΩ minimum at 25°C, and the dielectric withstanding voltage is 500V for 5 seconds.
