The 600L220FT200T is a 22 pF, 200 V surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) in a 0402 (1005 metric) package. It features a C0G/NP0 dielectric with a temperature coefficient of 0 ± 30 ppm/°C, providing excellent stability over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The capacitor has a tolerance of ±1% and is designed for RF, microwave, high frequency, bypass, and decoupling applications.
Key electrical characteristics include a quality factor greater than 2000 at 1 MHz, ultra low ESR, and high Q. Insulation resistance is a minimum of 105 MΩ at 25°C and 10,000 MΩ at 125°C at rated voltage. The dielectric withstanding voltage is 250% of rated WVDC (500 V) for 5 seconds. The component is lead-free compatible and has a tin plated over nickel barrier termination finish.
