The Kyocera AVX 600L1R0BT200T is a 1pF 200V C0G/NP0 surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from the 600L series. It features ultra-low ESR and high Q, making it suitable for RF and microwave applications. The capacitor is rated for 200V DC working voltage and has a dielectric withstanding voltage of 500V for 5 seconds. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of 0 ±30 ppm/°C.
