The 5KP64CA is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 64V and a clamping voltage of 103V at a peak pulse current of 49.5A (10/1000μs waveform).
