The device is halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and Pb-free (E3). It operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to 175°C and has a steady-state power dissipation of 8.0W when mounted on an infinite heat sink. The junction-to-lead thermal resistance is 8.0°C/W, and the junction-to-ambient thermal resistance is 40°C/W. It also provides IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection up to 30kV (air and contact).
