The 5KP43A is a unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse's 5KP series, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 5000W (5kW) under a 10/1000μs waveform, with a clamping voltage of 69.4V at a peak pulse current of 73.5A.
The device features a reverse standoff voltage of 43V and a glass passivated chip junction in a P600 axial package.
