The 5KP36A-E3/51 is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Vishay Dale, designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 36V and a maximum clamping voltage of 58.1V at a peak pulse current of 86.1A (10/1000µs waveform). With a peak pulse power dissipation of 5000W, it is suitable for high-energy transient suppression. The device is housed in a P600 axial leaded package with matte tin plated leads, suitable for through-hole mounting. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C.
