The 5KP30A-E3/51 is a unidirectional Zener TVS diode from Vishay's TransZorb series. It delivers a peak pulse power of 5000W under a 10/1000 µs waveform, with a peak pulse current rating of 103A. The device features a working voltage of 30V and a clamping voltage of 48.4V. Designed for general purpose overvoltage protection, it offers very fast response time and low incremental surge resistance.
This TVS diode is housed in a P600 axial leaded package with through-hole mounting. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C and has a steady state power dissipation of 8.0W at 75°C lead temperature.
