The Littelfuse 5KP220 is a 5kW transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 220V and a clamping voltage of 389.66V at the rated peak pulse current.
