The Littelfuse 5KP180A is a unidirectional Zener TVS diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. It offers a working voltage of 180V and a maximum clamping voltage of 292V at a peak pulse current of 17.5A under a 10/1000μs waveform.
