The 5KP100A is a unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse's 5KP series, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 100V and a maximum clamping voltage of 162V at a peak pulse current of 31.5A (10/1000μs waveform).
