The 5KP100 is a 5kW transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 100V and a maximum clamping voltage of 170.1V at the 10/1000µs waveform.
