The DS26LS32MQML (5962-7802006QEA) is a quad differential line receiver from Texas Instruments designed to meet the requirements of RS-422, RS-423, and Federal Standards 1020 and 1030 for balanced and unbalanced digital data transmission. It contains four independent receivers with an input sensitivity of ±0.2 V over a ±7 V common-mode input voltage range and 100 mV input hysteresis. Each receiver has a minimum input impedance of 6 kΩ.
The device operates from a single 5V supply (4.5V to 5.5V) and features TRI-STATE outputs with complementary output enables, allowing direct connection to a data bus with 8 mA sink capability. Constructed using low-power Schottky processing, the DS26LS32MQML is specified over the full military temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
The part is offered in a 16-lead CDIP (Ceramic Dual In-Line Package) with a through-hole mounting style. The lead finish is SnPb, and the component is not RoHS compliant. It is packaged in tubes with a standard quantity of 25 pieces.
