The TE Connectivity 5646346-1 is a Z-PACK 2mm HM hard metric backplane connector designed for board-to-board mezzanine applications. This PCB mount header features 176 signal positions arranged in 8 rows (A through H) and 25 columns with a 2.00mm pitch. The connector uses press-fit termination for reliable solderless installation and is rated for a maximum data rate of 1 Gb/s and a contact current rating of 1.5 A.
The housing is made of polyester with glass fiber reinforcement in gray color, and the contacts are phosphor bronze with a mating area plating thickness of 0.76 µm.
