The Vishay Cera-Mite 561R10TCUQ33 is a Class 1 ceramic disc capacitor designed for high voltage applications requiring ultra-stable capacitance over temperature and voltage. It offers a capacitance of 33 pF with a tight tolerance of ±5% and a rated voltage of 1000 V DC. The U2J temperature coefficient ensures excellent stability across the operating temperature range of -55 °C to +105 °C (category temperature range -55 °C to +125 °C).
This capacitor features a low dissipation factor of 0.1% max at 1 MHz and 1 V, making it suitable for resonant circuits and temperature compensating applications. The radial leaded package has a lead spacing of 6.40 mm and straight leads, designed for through-hole mounting. The disc is coated with flame retardant epoxy resin (UL 94 V-0) and the leads are tinned copper or tinned copper clad steel.
The dielectric strength between leads is tested to 2500 V DC for 2 seconds at production, and the insulation resistance is minimum 1000 ΩF or 50 000 MΩ. The capacitor complies with RoHS3 and REACH regulations (unverified).
