The Vishay 561R10TCCV56 is a high-quality ceramic disc capacitor from the 561R series, designed for precision applications requiring ultra-stable capacitance over temperature and voltage. It offers a nominal capacitance of 5.6 pF with a tolerance of +/-0.5 pF and a rated voltage of 1000 VDC.
Electrically, the capacitor features a dissipation factor of 0.1% maximum at 1 MHz and 1 V, with a minimum insulation resistance of 1000 Ohm-F or 50000 MOhm. It is 100% tested for dielectric strength at 2500 VDC for 2 seconds. The C0G/NP0 dielectric provides excellent stability, making it suitable for temperature compensating and resonant circuit applications.
Mechanically, the component has a radial lead disc package with a diameter of 6.40 mm, straight leads of 24 AWG, a lead spacing of 6.40 mm, and a maximum seated height of 9.58 mm. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +105°C. The capacitor features radial leads for through-hole mounting and a flame-retardant epoxy coating.
