The Skyworks Solutions 545BAA240M000BCGR is a member of the Ultra Series Si545 family of crystal oscillators. It is a factory-programmed XO (standard oscillator) that outputs a precise 240 MHz LVDS clock signal.
Electrically, this oscillator delivers ultra low jitter of 80 fs typical RMS (12 kHz – 20 MHz) and excellent power supply noise rejection of -80 dBc typical. It consumes 121 mA supply current and offers frequency stability of ±20 ppm over temperature.
The device supports a wide supply voltage range of 1.8V to 3.3V, allowing flexible system integration. It operates over the full industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
