The 530Z104KT10T is a broadband multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from American Technical Ceramics' 530Z series. It offers 100 nF (0.1 µF) capacitance with ±10% tolerance, rated at 10 V DC. The X5R dielectric provides stable performance over an operating temperature range of -55°C to +85°C.
This capacitor is designed for high-frequency applications, operating from 16 kHz to 20 GHz with a typical insertion loss of only 0.4 dB. It features low dissipation factor (max 15% at 1 kHz) and high insulation resistance (min 100 MΩ at 25°C). The rugged ceramic construction ensures unit-to-unit performance repeatability.
Ideal for broadband DC blocking, coupling, bypassing, and feedback circuits in optical communications systems and high-speed digital logic equipment. The 0201 (0603 metric) surface mount package is compatible with automated pick-and-place assembly. Terminations are RoHS compliant and solderable.
