The Schurter 5200.0843.1 is a compact power entry module that integrates an IEC 320-C14 appliance inlet, an EMI/RFI line filter, and a 1-pole fuse holder into a single unit. It is rated for 8A continuous current at 250VAC (50/60 Hz) and is designed for panel mount snap-in installation on panels with thickness from 0.79mm to 3.00mm. The module features quick connect terminals (6.3x0.8mm) for easy wiring.
The integrated filter provides effective attenuation of electromagnetic interference, with a maximum leakage current of less than 0.5 mA at 250V/60Hz. Dielectric strength exceeds 1.7 kVDC between line and neutral, and 2.7 kVDC between line/neutral and protective earth. The operating temperature range is -25°C to 85°C, and the front side is rated IP40 for protection against solid objects.
This module is suitable for use in Class I equipment according to IEC 61140. The fuse holder accepts standard 5x20mm fuses (fuse not included). The housing material has a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Approvals include cULus and ENEC. The module is RoHS compliant (unverified) and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited).
