The Schurter 5200.0243.1 is a compact power entry module from the 5200 series, combining an IEC 320-C14 appliance inlet, a 1-pole fuseholder for 5x20mm fuses, and an EMI/RFI line filter in a single unit. It is rated for 2A at 250VAC (40°C) and features a commercial-grade filter with leakage current below 0.5mA at 250VAC/60Hz.
This module is designed for panel mount snap-in installation and accepts panel thicknesses from 0.79mm to 3.00mm. Termination is via quick connect terminals sized 6.3mm x 0.8mm. The front side is rated IP40 for protection against solid objects larger than 1mm. The housing is made of black thermoplastic with UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
The module includes a V-Lock notch for secure cord retention and is suitable for Class I equipment per IEC 61140. It operates over a temperature range of -25°C to 85°C and has a high MTBF of over 2,300,000 hours. The filter is potted for high resistance and uses a stainless steel case.
