The Vishay 50WQ10FNTR is a 5.5A, 100V Schottky rectifier designed for low forward voltage drop and compact surface mount applications. It features a maximum forward voltage of 770mV at 5A and a typical forward voltage of 630mV at 125°C, enabling high efficiency in power conversion circuits.
This device is housed in a D-PAK (TO-252AA) surface mount package, offering a small footprint for PCB designs.
