The Molex 5055680381 is a 3-position, 1.25mm pitch, single row, vertical surface mount PCB header from the Micro-Lock Plus wire-to-board connector system. It features a shrouded 4-wall design with a positive push-pull locking mechanism for secure mating. The header is polarized to both the mating part and the PCB to ensure correct orientation. Contacts are made of brass with gold plating (0.10µm) on both mating and termination areas, providing reliable electrical performance. The insulator is black polyamide (PA) with glass filling, rated UL94 V-0 for flammability. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +105°C. Electrical ratings are 1.5A per contact maximum and 50V AC (RMS)/DC. The header is designed for wire-to-board applications and includes features such as pick-and-place polyimide tape for automated assembly and solder retention for improved PCB mounting. Durability is rated at 30 mating cycles. The component is packaged in embossed tape on reel, suitable for SMT assembly. It is RoHS compliant and REACH not contained per D(2021)4569-DC. The product is not low-halogen. This header mates with compatible Micro-Lock Plus crimp housings and terminals (not included).
