The Molex 5051101092 is a 10-position FFC/FPC connector designed for reliable flat flexible cable interconnections. It features a 0.50mm pitch and a right-angle surface mount orientation with bottom contacts. The connector includes a flip-lock backlock actuator for secure cable retention and zero insertion force (ZIF) operation. It is rated for 50V and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The housing is made of liquid crystal polymer (LCP) with glass filling, and the actuator is polyamide (nylon) glass filled. Contacts are phosphor bronze with gold finish. The connector supports FFC/FPC cables with a thickness of 0.30mm and tabbed or tapered cable ends. Solder retention features aid in reliable PCB mounting.
